Summer Season Details
Team details
We have competitive teams of all ages and a developmental team. We have partnered with Dribble and Swish to use their facility for the majority of our practices. This includes a full court and shooting machines.
Practices
Practices 2x a week with a combo of team practice and skills work. We are hiring coaches and trainers to develop and coach for the summer. If you're interested in being involved as a volunteer or to join the coaching team, please let us know!
Games
1-2 tournaments a month for tournament-ready teams. For teams not ready for tournament level we will host informal games and scrimmages weekly. Tournaments will primarily be in the Raleigh-Durham area and take place on Saturdays (sometimes Friday nights).
Cost for Summer Season
The fee for competitive team participants is $425
Our Rising Warriors Team is for those under 9 and costs $325
Team Development Philosophy
3 key components for balanced development as kids move up the ladder of competition
1)Skills stations - focus on dribbling, shooting, passing, ball movement, etc.
2)Team practice - work on offense, defense, press, press break, etc.
3)Live games - game speed execution and decisionmaking
